GO Logistics offers a platform to facilitate the transportation of goods by connecting those who need to ship goods (“Clients”) with those who have vehicles or fleets available to transport goods (“Transporters”).

• Scope: We do not directly provide transportation services. Instead, we act as an intermediary for Clients and Transporters to connect and negotiate shipping terms.
• No Guarantee: While we strive to match Clients with suitable Transporters, we cannot guarantee that every request will be fulfilled or that all Transporters will meet the requirements or expectations of Clients.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

1. Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a request for transportation services.
3. Compliance With Laws: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Site and Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
